All participants are required to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions prior to their arrival onto our program.

Terms and Conditions

As part of your confirmation onto our program you are required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions for your respective program. You may download a copy below. Your acknowledgement is requested and required in the online application form.

If you have any questions about our Terms and Conditions or our Health and Safety measures please ask your program advisor. You will also be asked to provide the following information prior to your departure:

Emergency Contact

We require this information in the event of an emergency related to you. We will only make contact with them if our staff determines the situation is considered to be an emergency.

Medical History

We place the utmost importance on your health and safety and so it is important we are made aware of any pre-existing medical conditions, and/or medication you are currently prescribed/taking. This allows our program coordinators to assist you during your time in China.

Travel Insurance

We require all participants have travel and medical insurance to cover the duration of their time on their respective program. Participants undertaking an internship, teaching, au pair or volunteer program are required to have 3rd party liability coverage too. If you require assistance selecting a suitable policy you may ask your program advisor prior to your arrival.

Flight Arrival Information

You will be advised of when our staff can personally pick you up from the airport in China. We require your flight arrival information in advance so we can keep up to date on your flight status and ensure you are successfully picked up from the airport.
