Internship Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and sales department
- Lead on the company’s online marketing work
- Build improved communication materials with new leads and clients
- Identify your successor to ensure business continuity
- Marketing- Conduct online research on trending topics regarding business in China
– Draft proposals for new online marketing content (e.g. articles & blog posts)
– Manage LNP China social media feeds, newsletter, and website - Sales- Proof materials to send out to new leads (e.g. proposals)
– Take minutes in meetings with new leads and set clear actions for Country Manager - PR- Research upcoming events and other marketing activity in Beijing
– Manage China events calendar and event registration for Country Manager - Clients- Manage internal marketing materials to send to Leads and Clients (e.g. templates)
– Proof materials to send out to Clients (e.g. invoices, policies)
– Communicate with Clients (e.g. agendas, minutes) - Successor- Source candidates to take over from you when your internship ends
Requirements:
- Be a confident and clear written communicator
- Keen business interest, ideally in entrepreneurship, and China-UK trade
- Ability to manage social media feeds and online marketing activity
- Comfortable working with both traditional software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) and online marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp, buzzsumo, TweetDeck)
