ImmerQi Scholarships

ImmerQi are excited to announce a series of ImmerQi 2020 Scholarships! Having worked with thousands of participants to develop their careers in China, we know it can be difficult to finance your trip.

Therefore, we are launching a number of Scholarships to help make the experience more affordable for you. The Scholarships are open to all candidates looking to undertake an ImmerQi Programme!

ImmerQi Social Influencer Scholarship

Are you pumped to come to China and normally the one influencing your friends? We love people who relish stepping out of their comfort zone!

We are offering 5 x US$1000 Social Influencer Scholarships for any ImmerQi Programme (except for Au Pair, Volunteer and Work Visa Teaching).

Simply post to Facebook or Instagram about why you want to experience China through ImmerQi and tag 5 of your friends to be eligible!

Applications for the ImmerQi Social Influencer Scholarship must be submitted by October 31, 2020.

ImmerQi Buddy Scholarship

Got a friend also interested in a China adventure? Coming over together, share an incredible experience and reminisce about China stories when you return home!

Simply include your friend’s name and email address in the Scholarship Application below and both of you will save on the programme!

Amount awarded: US$200 per person. Open year round.

ImmerQi Affiliate Scholarship

ImmerQi partners with a number of institutions around the world and this award is given to students who attend a partner institution.

If you aren’t sure if your home university is an affiliated institution or would like us to speak to your faculty/career/study abroad office, simply include the contact details of a relevant person at your home institution.

Amount awarded: US$$300 per person. Open year round.

ImmerQi Storyteller Scholarship

Have a passion for creative writing and want to share your stories with the world?

This award is given to students who wish to write about their experience on their programme or anything about China they find interesting! Your stories would be shared across our social media channels and you would also submit a photo testimonial.

Amount awarded: US$100-$300 per person. Open year round.

ImmerQi Instagrammer Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students with a passion for posting to social media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Recipients of the scholarship will be tasked with documenting their journey through photos and videos to then share via social media. They may even do an Instagram takeover!

Amount awarded: US$100-$300 per person. Open year round.

• In order to be considered for a scholarship, you must have a completed ImmerQi application
• All scholarship application requirements must be submitted by the deadline

• Candidates will be awarded only one scholarship, but there is no limit on the number of applications you can submit
